The 1st time I used Dwell Chat, I was at situation #2 during the queue and it took 18 minutes until a Stay agent responded. The second time, I used to be at place #two once more, but this time it only took eight minutes wait around time. This is fairly good compared to other exchanges that only reply via e mail, with no Are living Chat alternative.
